Crisp Tofu Parcels                                                                                                       
Bean thread noodles wok tossed with Chinese mushroom, carrot and gingko nut; and then carefully wrapped in paper-thin tofu "skin, deep-fried till crisp and golden brown. Served with salted plum sauce. 7.0

Rojak                                                                                                     
A popular fresh fruits salad that originate from Nonya culture. Mixed fruits dressed with thick, rich and pungent, dark liquid shrimp paste on top of blanched Kangkong and mung bean sprouts. A perfect lunch treat. 7.5

Thai Style Beef Salad                                                                              
Pan grilled marinated sliver of beef tossed with fresh mixed herbs and then served on a bed of mixed salad green and cucumber noodles, drizzle with peppery tamarind sauce. 8.0

Taro-Cake
Mashed taro, dried shrimp, minced chicken wok tossed with fresh herbs and spices, rolled in beancurd-skin, then deep fried and serve with ginger and chilli sauce. 9.0

Larp-Gai (Minced Chicken Salad)
A popular salad of Thai’s origin. Freshly cut cucumber, mint leaves, coriander, chilli and sliced onion mixed with blanched minced chicken, season with fish sauce and lemon juice. 9.0

My Mum's Laksa                                                                                       
Originated from Ipoh, Malaysia.   Another version of curries Laksa. The main different is, instead of the common Rice Vermicelli it use thin fresh "Hor Fun" (Pho Noodles) 9.0
- Fresh Thin Hor-Fun top with Char-Siu pork, shredded chicken and prawns meat in a fragrant Laksa broth .

San-bei-ji (Braised Chicken)
One of Jack’s favourites. Chunk of chicken braised with 3 cups of seasoning, garlic, ginger and chilli, served with steamed Jasmine rice. 19.0

Flame tossed sliced chicken with chillies, roasted peanut, red capsicum and Thai chilli paste with soybean oil, served with a portion of steam rice. 14.0
